Chillicothe Surgical Associates specializes in General, Vascular, Thoracic and Laparoscopic Surgical care. We will strive to provide you with the best health care possible. With our new endosurgical techniques, appendectomies, gallbladder and gallstone removals, hernia repairs, even chest procedures, can all be performed with reduced pain, shorter recovery times and much smaller incisions.

The office is open 8:30 to 4:30 Monday thru Thursday and Friday 8:00 to 4:00, excluding holidays. Because your time is valuable all patients are seen by appointment and referral from your primary care physician. For your convenience appointments can be made at one of our off sites in Jackson, Greenfield and Waverly. Appointments are made from the Chillicothe site at 740-779-4550 or 1-800-772-4844.

Health care insurance is intended to cover some but not all, of the cost of your treatment. Most plans include co-insurance, a deductible and other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the time of service. If you have insurance, please bring your plan information with you to the first visit. We will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. If you have questions regarding your coverage, please ask a member of our business office staff and we will work with you to find the answer.

In the event of a severe emergency, you should go immediately to the nearest Emergency Room.

Charges for services rendered in the office reflect the cost of providing quality care. If extenuating financial circumstances make it impossible to keep your account current, please discuss it with us. Suitable arrangements can then be made. The receptionist will be happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding office or surgical fees. Information about these fees are available to you on a confidential basis.

In order to allow us to prepare for your visit, we request that you fill out and complete Patient Registration and Health History forms. These forms are available in our office and, for your convenience, are also available to be printed from our website by clicking here.
